    Article 1

    Article (1) Definitions For the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Resolution, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise: State : The United Arab Emirates. Ministry : The Ministry of Sports. Minister : The Minister of Sports.

    Article 2

    Article (2) Service Fees The fees indicated for each of the services provided by the Ministry in implementation of the competences prescribed thereto under the legislation in force in the State, and listed in the schedule attached to this Resolution, shall be collected.

    Article 3

    Article (3) Amendment of Fees The Cabinet shall have the competence to make any amendments to the fees stipulated in this Resolution, whether by addition, deletion, or modification.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Final Provisions 1. The fees stipulated in this Resolution shall be collected through the means determined by the Ministry of Finance. 2. The fees for the issuance of approvals stipulated in this Resolution shall become due from the date of submission of the application, while the renewal fees shall become due from the day following the date of approval of the renewal.

    Article 5

    Article (5) Executive Resolutions The Minister shall issue the necessary resolutions for the implementation of the provisions of this Resolution.

    Article 6

    Article (6) Repeals President’s Resolution No. (39) of 2001 Regarding the Adoption of the Organizational Regulation for Private Sports Centers, Clubs, and Offices of Sports Services and Undertakings in the State is hereby repealed, as well as any provision that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Resolution.

    Article 7

    Article (7) Publication and Entry into Force This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force (30) thirty days from the date of its publication. (4,000) For each approval. 2 Prior approval for renewing the license of private sports institutions. (2,000) For each approval. 3 Prior approval for adding an activity to the license of private sports institutions. (4,000) For each approval. 4 Approval for organizing a sports event or activity. (5,000) For each approval. 5 Approval for issuing a permit to practice a sports profession. (500) For each approval.
