    Article 1

    Article (1) Definitions In application of the provisions of this Resolution, the following words shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context otherwise requires: State : United Arab Emirates (UAE). Minister : Minister of Economy. Ministry : Ministry of Economy. Committee : Committee for the valuation of Industrial Waste.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The Export Fees of Industrial Waste The Ministry shall collect the export fees for industrial waste, as shown in the table attached to this resolution, at the value indicated next to each one.

    Article 3

    Article (3) Fee Amendment The Cabinet has the power to make any amendments to fees mentioned herein, whether by addition, deletion or amendment.

    Article 4

    Article (4) Fee Collection 1. The Ministry shall collect the fees stipulated in this decision by the means determined by the Ministry of Finance. 2. The proceeds of the fees included in this resolution shall be distributed between the federal government and local governments according to the percentage stipulated in the Cabinet resolution regarding the policy for evaluating waste for industrial use.

    Article 5

    Article (5) Repeals 1. The scrap iron export service is cancelled from the schedule of fees for services provided by the Ministry attached to Cabinet Resolution No. (20) of 2020 referred to. 2. Any provision that violates or contradicts the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed.

    Article 6

    Article (6) Publication and Entry into Force This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force (30) thirty days after the date of its publication.
