Article (1) The (5) five standard specifications applicable to the food sector, whose numbers and titles are set out in the Schedule attached to this Resolution, shall be deemed mandatory standard specifications in the United Arab Emirates.

Article (2) All concerned entities existing at the time this Resolution enters into force shall regularize their status in accordance with its provisions within (180) one hundred and eighty days from the date of its entry into force.

Article (3) This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prime Minister Issued by us: On: 7 Jumada al-Awwal 1441 A.H. Corresponding to: 2 January 2020 A.D.
