    Article 1

    Article (1) The convicted nationals shall be exempted from the rehabilitation condition upon their appointment in government or private entities after the penalty has been executed or pardoned, or after its forfeiture for prescription.

    Article 2

    Article (2) Any provision that violates or contradicts the provisions of this Law shall be repealed.

    Article (3) This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force as of the date it is published.
