Article 1
Article (1) GCC nationals, whether natural or juridical persons, shall be permitted to practice retail and wholesale trade in the State in accordance with the rules and controls of which a resolution by the Cabinet shall be issued.

Article (1) GCC nationals, whether natural or juridical persons, shall be permitted to practice retail and wholesale trade in the State in accordance with the rules and controls of which a resolution by the Cabinet shall be issued.

Article (4) This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of 1.3.1987 in respect of retail trade and as of 1.3.1990 in respect of wholesale trade. Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan President of the United Arab Emirates Issued by us in the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi On: 14 / Muharram / 1410 Hijri. Corresponding to: 15 / August / 1989
