Article (1) Article (16) of the above-mentioned Law No. (30) of 2006 is hereby superseded by the following:

Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 19 September 2018 Corresponding to 9 Muharram 1440 A.H.

Article (16) The financial resources of the KHDA will consist of: 1. funds allocated to the KHDA in the General Budget of the Government of Dubai; 2. fees and charges for services provided by the KHDA; 3. grants, gifts, endowments, and bequests received by the KHDA and accepted by the Executive Council, in accordance with the legislation in force; and 4. any other resources approved by the Executive Council. ©2019 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has b een made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
