    Article (1) The Mohammed bin Rashid Global Centre for Endowment Consultancy established pursuant to the above-mentioned Law No. (17) of 2017 is hereby affiliated to the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation. Exercise of Powers

    Article (2) a. The Board of Directors of the AMAF will exercise the duties and powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the MBRGCEC under the above-mentioned Law No. (17) of 2017. ©2019 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article (3) The AMAF must provide the MBRGCEC with the financial and administrative support required for enabling the MBRGCEC to achieve its objectives and exercise its powers under the above- mentioned Law No. (17) of 2017. Repeals

    Article 4

    Article (4) Any provision in any other legislation will be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law. Commencement and Publication

    Article 5

    Article (5) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 19 September 2018 Corresponding to 9 Muharram 1440 A.H.
