    Article 1

    Article (1) The name the “Higher Committee for Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the Emirate of Dubai” wherever stated in the above-mentioned Law No. (2) of 2014 and Executive Council Resolution No. (3) of 2014, and in any other local legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai, is hereby replaced by the name the “Higher Committee for Protection of the Rights of People of Determination in the Emirate of Dubai”.     Article (2) This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.
