    المادة ( 1 ) يُرقّى يالقاضي/ حميد حمدان ناصر الغافر ، إلى بداية مربوط الدّرجة الخامِسة لقاضي ابتدائي أوّل، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 لسنة ) 2009 القُضاة ومُخصّصات وجدول درجات ورواتب المُواطِنين، المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 وتعديالتِها المُشار إليهِما. التّرقية إلى الدّرجة السّادسة

    المادة ( 2 ) يُرقّى قُضاة المحاكم االبتدائيّة التّالية أسماؤهُم: 1 . الدكتور/ سعيد محمد حميد محمد حسين الشعالي. 2 . محمد علي إسماعيل عبدالرحيم الهرمودي. 3 . حمدة عبدهللا قطامي السويدي. 4 . علي أحمد محمد بن خليفة البدواوي. إلى بداية مربوط الدّرجة السّادسة لقاضي ابتدائي، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول القُضاة المُواطِنين، المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( درجات ورواتب ومُخصّصات 1 ) لسنة 2009 وتعديالتِها المُشار إليهِما.
