    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُشكل مجلس إدارة سُلطة المركز، برئاسة السيد/ حمد مبارك بوعميم، وعُضوية كُل من: 1 . السيد/ عبدالواحد عبدالرحيم العلماء نائبا ً للرئيس 2 . السيد/ عبـــدهللا سيــــف الشامـــسي ًعضوا 3 . السيد/ تشارلـــــز جــــورج ويـــب ًعضوا 4 . السيد/ روجـــر ألفريــد بيرنيشتاين ًعضوا 5 . السيد/ تيري جان لويس جيمونيـت ًعضوا 6 . الرئيــس التنفيــذي لسُلطـة المركز ًعضوا وذلك لمُدة ( 3 ) ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد. ب - إذا انتهت مُدة عُضوية أعضاء مجلس إدارة سُلطة المركز المذكورين في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة ولم يتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنه ي ستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس إدارة سُلطة المركز في أداء مهامِّهم لحين إعادة تعيينِّهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم.
