    المادة ( 1 ) يُشَكّل المجلس برئاسة سُمُو الشيخ منصور بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ، وعُضويّة كُل ّ من: 1 . الفريق/ محمد أحمد المري نائبا ً للرئيس 2 . مُمَثِّّل عن شُرطة دبي ًعُضوا 3 . مُمَثِّّل عن دائرة جمارك دبي ًعُضوا 4 . مُمَثِّّل عن اإلدارة العامّة لإلقامة وشُؤون األجانب في دبي ًعُضوا 5 . مُمَثِّّل عن هيئة دبي للطيران المدني ًعُضوا 6 . مُمَثِّّل عن مُؤسّسة دبي للمطارات ًعُضوا 7 . ممثِّّل عن مُؤسّسة دبي لخدمات المالحة الجوّية ًعُضوا 8 . مُمَثِّّل عن سُلطة مدينة دبي المالحيّة ًعُضوا 9 . أمين عام المجلس ًعُضوا تسمية أعضاء المجلس

    المادة ( 2 ) تتم تسمية مُمثِّّلي الجهات الحُكوميّة األعضاء في المجلس من قبل مسؤولي هذه الجهات، على أن يكونوا من ذوي الخبرة واالختصاص في مجال عمل المجلس، وأال يقل المُستوى الوظيفي

    2 الجريدة الرسمية لحكومة دبي السنة 55 العدد 534 26 سبتمبر 2021 م 19 صفر 1443 هـ لِّكُل عُضو عن درجة "مُدير تنفيذي" أو من في حُكمِّه، وأن تتم المُوافقة على اسم العُضو من قبل رئيس المجلس. النّشر والسّريان

    المادة ( 3 ) يُنشر هذا المرسوم في الجريدة الرسميّة، ويُعمل به من تاريخ نشره. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 14 سبتمبر 2021 م الموافــــــــــــــــــــــــق 7 صفر 1443 هـ
