    المادة ( 1 ) يُعيّن السيّد/ عوض الحسن النور خليفة، يّاتب الشهرقاضيا ً في محكمة التمييز، ويُمنح الر والمُخصّصات الماليّة لبداية مربوط قاضي تمييز، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات القُضاة غير المُواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهِما. التعيين في المحاكم االبتدائيّة

    المادة ( 2 ) يُعيّن قاضيا ً في المحاكم االبتدائيّة كُل ٌّ من السّادة التالية أسماؤهُم: 1 . عمرو أحمد أنور عبيد. 2 . مجدي محمد حسن أبو المكارم. 3 . حسن محمد شوقي عبد الحميد جبريل. 4 . طارق محمد سمير محمد خورشيد. 5 . محمود عبد القادر علي خضير. 6 . أيمن ربيع محمد يوسف شعيب.
