    Article (1) Pursuant to this Decree, the special tribunal formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (56) of 2009 is dissolved. Referral to Judicial Entities

    Article (2) The complaints, applications, claims, and appeals that are being heard by the effective date of this Decree by the tribunal formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (56) of 2009, and in respect of which no definitive judgement is rendered, will be referred to the competent judicial entity as the case may be.     Article (3) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. ©2021 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
