    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة األعلى للمركز، برئاسةيُشكّل مجلس اإلدار اشد آلسُمُو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن ر مكتوم ، نائب حاكم دبي، رئيس المركز، وعُضويّة كُل ٍّّ من: 1 . مُحافِظ المركز. 2 . ة سُلطة المركز.رئيس مجلس إدار 3 . ة سُلطة دبي للخدمات الماليّة.رئيس مجلس إدار 4 . رئيس محاكم المركز. ب - اه مُناسِبا ً إلى عُضويّةإضافة من ير ة األعلى للمركز صالحيّةيُخوّل رئيس مجلس اإلدار ة األعلىمجلس اإلدار للمركز، وعزلِه، وتحديد مُدّة عُضويّتِه، ومهامِّه وصالحيّاتِه، باإلضافة ة األعلى للمركز.ى ذات عالقة بالعُضويّة في مجلس اإلدارإلى أي مسائِل أخر اإللغاءات

    المادة ( 2 ) يُلغى المرسوم رقم ( 29 ) لسنة 2011 والمرسوم رقم ( 12 ) لسنة 2012 المُشار إليهِما، كما يُلغى أي نص في أي تشريع ٍّ آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا المرسوم.
