Article 1
Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the Corporation formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (20) of 2019 is hereby reconstituted under the chairmanship of H.E. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, and with the membership of: 1. H.E. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, as member; 2. Mr. Jamal Hamed Al Marri, as member; 3. Mr. Issam Al Deen Galadari, as member; and 4. Mr. Abdulrahman Hareb Al Hareb, as member. b. Where the Board of Directors of the Corporation is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
