    المادة ( 1 ) يستمر ا لقاضي / عبدالقادر موسى محمد عبدالرحمن، رئيس محكمة التمييز بمحاكم دبي، في عات اإليجاريّة فيرئاسة مركز فض المُناز اولتة دبي، على أن تكون مُزإمار ًه لمهامِّّه رئيسا للمركز في حُكم النّدب باإلضافة إلى مهام عمله األصليّة لدى محاكم دبي. المُكافأة الماليّة

    المادة ( 2 ) يُمنح رئيس م ة دبي،عات اإليجاريّة في إمارحكمة التمييز نظير انتدابه لرئاسة مركز فض المُناز ار المجلس القضائي رقم (ة بموجب قرذات المُكافأة الماليّة المُقرّر 2 ) لسنة 2014 المُشار إليه.

    المادة ( 4 ) يلغى المرسوم رقم ( 28 ) لسنة 2013 المُشار إليه، كما يُلغى أي نص في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا المرسوم. السّريان والنّشر
