    Article 1

    Article (1) a. As of the date on which this Decree comes into force, all government Sports Establishments, including those established or regulated under specific legislation, are hereby placed under the supervision of the DSC. b. This Decree will not apply to the following government Sports Establishments: 1. the Dubai Equestrian Club; 2. the Dubai Racing Club; 3. the Dubai Camel Racing Club; and 4. any other Sports Establishment determined pursuant to a resolution of the Chairman of the DSC. ©2020 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The Chairman of the DSC will, pursuant to a resolution he issues in this respect, determine the scope of supervision of government Sports Establishments, and the conditions, rules, standards, and procedures applicable to these establishments. Repeals

    Article 3

    Article (3) Any provision in any other legislation will be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Decree. Publication and Commencement

    Article 4
