المادة ( 1 ) يُعار القاضي/ أحمد نصر محمد نصر، من محاكم دبي إلى جهاز الرقابة الماليّة، لمُدّة سنة واحدة تُجدّد تلقائيّاً، على أن يتحمّل جهاز الرقابة الماليّة راتب القاضي المُعار وكافّة مُستحقّاته الوظيفيّة طوال فترة اإلعارة. السّريان والنّشر

المادة ( 2 ) يُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا ً من 29 نوفمبر 2018 ، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسميّة. محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 7 يناير 2019 م الموافــــق 1 جمادى األولى 1440 هـ
