    المادة ( 1 ) ُ يُرقّى قاضيا المحاكم االبتدائيّة "األ ول" التالية أسماؤهُما: 1 . ع.محمد عبيد سليمان حمد المطو 2 . أحمد محمود محمد الحاج محمـد. ابعة لقاضي استئناف، وفقا ً للقانون رقم (إلى بداية مربوط الدرجة الر 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومُخصّصات القُضاة المُواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما.
