المادة ( 2 ) ة لرئيس مجلسيتولى رئيس هيئة الثّقافة والفُنون في دبي مُمارسة المهام والصالحيّات المُقرّر ة والعُضو المُنتدب المُحدّدة في القانون رقم (اإلدار 6 ) لسنة 2008 المُشار إليه، باإلضافة إلى ى يتم تكليفُه بها من الحاكم.أي مهام أخر اإللغاءات

المادة ( 3 ) يُلغى المرسوم رقم ( 11 ) لسنة 2014 والمرسوم رقم ( 12 ) لسنة 2014 المُشار إليهما، كما يُلغى أي نص في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه وأحكام هذا المرسوم.
