    Article 1

    Article (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other legislation, the Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai is hereby vested with the power to approve the economic growth stimulus initiatives in the Emirate of Dubai pursuant to the relevant resolutions issued by him. These resolutions will determine the scale and scope, beneficiaries, and implementation phases of the initiatives; and will be issued based on the proposal of the concerned Government Entities and approval of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai and the Department of Finance. ©2020 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict, the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article 2

    Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 4 September 2019 Corresponding to 5 Muharram 1441 A.H.
