    المادة ( 1 ) يُعيّن السيّد/ علي حسيني علي بدر ي والمُخصّصاتاتب الشهر، قاضيا ً في المركز، ويُمنح الر الماليّة لبداية مربوط قاضي استئناف، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول رواتب ومُخصّصات القُضاة غير المُواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما. العمل في المركز

    المادة ( 2 ) ار يصدُر عنه في هذا الشأن توزيع القاضي المُعيّن بمُوجب هذايتولى رئيس المركز بمُوجب قر المرسوم على الدوائر والوحدات التنظيميّة التي يتألّف منها القطاع القضائي في المركز.
