    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُشكّل مجلس أمناء الجامعة، برئاسة سمو الشيخ أحمد ّبن سعيد آل مكتوم، وعُضويّة كُل من: 1 . مدير الجامعة نائبا ً للرئيس 2 . ا الصايغالسيّد/ حسين حسن ميرز ًعضوا 3 . السيّد/ أحمد بطي المحيربي ًعضوا 4 . الشيخة اشد المعالهند علي ر ًعضوا 5 . السيّد/ سيمون كريستوفير مون ًعضوا 6 . ات الشماليةمُمَثِّل عن المجلس البريطاني في دبي واإلمار ًعضوا 7 . ات دبي الوطنيمُمَثِّل عن بنك اإلمار ًعضوا 8 . مُمَثِّل عن رولز رويس إنترناشيونال ليمتد ًعضوا 9 . مُمَثِّل عن المجلس البريطاني لألعمال عضو ًا

    حكومة دبي - الجريدة الرسمية 2 العدد ( 429 ) – السنة ( 52 ) – 9 رجب 1439 هـ - افقالمو 26 مارس 2018 م 10 . مُمَثِّل عن مجموعة دبي القابضة ًعضوا ويُشار إليه فيما بعد بِـ " مجلس األمناء ." ب - تكون مُدّة العُضويّة في مجلس األمناء ( 3 ) ثالث سنوات تبدأ من تاريخ العمل بهذا المرسوم. ج - ة (أ) من هذه المادة من قبل مسؤولي تلكتتم تسمية مُمَثِّلي الجِهات المُشار إليها في الفقر الجهات. د - ة (أ) من هذه المادة، ولمإذا انتهت مُدّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس األمناء المذكورين في الفقر يتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس األمناء في أداء مهامِّهِم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم. اختصاصات مجلس األمناء

    المادة ( 2 ) يُناط بمجلس األمناء، القيام بالمهام والصالحيّات المنصوص عليها في الوثيقة التأسيسيّة والنظام األساسي للجامعة المُلحقيْن بالقانون رقم ( 5 ) لسنة 2003 المُشار إليه. السريان والنشر

    المادة ( 3 ) ه، ويُنشر في الجريدة ايُعمل بهذا المرسوم من تاريخ صُدور لرسميّة. اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 14 مارس 2018 م الموافــــــــــــــــق 26 ةجمادى اآلخر 1439 هـ
