    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة الهيئة، برئاسةيُشكّل مجلس إدار السيّد/ مطر حميد الطاير ، وعُضويّة كُل ٌّ من: 1 . السيّد/ سعيـــد محمــد الطايـــر 2 . السيّد/ هـالل خلفان بن ظــاهر 3 . السيّد/ عبدهللا محمـــد الهاشمي 4 . السيّد/ خلفـان أحمـــد حـــارب 5 . السيّد/ ماجـــد حمـــد الشامسي 6 . السيّد/ عبيـد سعيـد بن مسحـار 7 . السيّد/ سعيـــد محمـــد الشــارد 8 . فالسيّد/ نبيل عبدالرحمن عار وذلك لمُدّة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد. ب - ة (أ) من هذه المادةة الهيئة المذكورين في الفقرإذا انتهت مُدّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس إدار ة الهيئة فيولم يتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس إدار أداء مهامِّهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم.
