    المادة ( 1 ) يُندب الدكتور / جمال حسين السميطي ، قاضي استئناف أول في محاكم دبي، للقيام بمهام مُدير عام معهد دبي القضائي، وذلك باإلضافة إلى مهام عمله في محاكم دبي. المُكافأة الماليّة

    المادة ( 2 ) ار منها بقريُمنح القاضي المُنتدب بموجب أحكام هذا المرسوم مُكافأة ماليّة، يتم تحديد مقدار رئيس المجلس القضائي. إنهاء الندب

    المادة ( 3 ) يتم إنهاء ندب القاضي المُشار إليه في المادة ( 1 ) من ار من رئيس المجلسهذا المرسوم بقر القضائي.
