    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة المؤسسة، برئاسةيُشكّل مجلس إدار اهيممعالي/ محمد إبر الشيباني ، وعُضوية كُل من: 1 - السيد/ حسيـــــــن ناصــــــر لوتــــاه نائبا ً للرئيس 2 - السيد/ سلطــان بطي بـــن مجـــــرن ًعضوا 3 - السيد/ عبــــدهللا فاضــل المزروعـي ًعضوا 4 - السيد/ عبيــــد سعيــــد بن مسحــــار ًعضوا 5 - يالسيدة/ هدى حمدان الشيخ الحمير ًعضوا 6 - السيد/ سامــــي عبــــدهللا قرقـــــاش ًعضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد. ب - إذا انتهت ُم ة (أ) من هذه المادة ولم يتمة المذكورين في الفقردّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس اإلدار ة المؤسسة في أداءإعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس إدار مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم.
