    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة المؤسسة، برئاسةيُشكّل مجلس إدار سمو الشيخ اشدمكتوم بن محمد بن ر آل مكتوم ، وعضوية كُل من: 1 - السيّد/ هــشــــام عبـــدهللا القاســـم نائبا ً للرئيس 2 - يالسيّد/ سامي أحمد ضاعن القمز ًعضوا 3 - السيّد/ عبــــدهللا أحــمـــد الحبـــاي ًعضوا 4 - السيّد/ محمد حمـــد عبيـــد الشحي ًعضوا 5 - اشـداشد محمـد رالسيّد/ ر عالمطو ًعضوا 6 - يالسيّد/ شعيـــب مير هاشــم خور ًعضوا 7 - السيّد/ محمد هادي أحمــد الحسيني ًعضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.
