    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة مؤسسة تنظيم الصِّّناعة األمنيّة، المُشكّل بموجب المرسوم رقميُعاد تشكيل مجلس إدار ( 29 ) لسنة 2016 المُشار إليه، ليكون برئاسة السيّد/ طالل حميد بالهول ٌّ، وعُضويّة كُل من: 1 - يالسيّد/ عوض حاضر المهير نائبا ً للرئيس 2 - يالسيّد/ سيف عبيـد المنصـور ًعضوا 3 - السيّد/ خل اهيــم السليــسيفه إبر ًعضوا 4 - السيّد/ محمــد سيــف المقبــالي ًعضوا وذلك لمُدّة ثالث سنوات قابِّلة للتجديد. ب - ة (أ) من هذهة المؤسسة المذكورين في الفقرإذا انتهت مُدّة عُضويّة أعضاء مجلس إدار المادة، ولم ةيتم إعادة تشكيل المجلس، فإنّه يستمر في هذه الحالة أعضاء مجلس إدار المؤسسة في أداء مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جُدُد بدال ً عنهم.
