    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The Board of Trustees of the FBF is hereby formed under the chairmanship of Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, President of the FBF, and with the membership of: 1. the Director General of the Dubai Municipality, as vice chairman; 2. the Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, as member; 3. the Director General of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, as member; 4. the Director General of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, as member; 5. the Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Flight Catering, Emirates Group, as member; 6. the Chief Executive Officer of the Radio and Television Sector, Dubai Media Incorporated, as member; ©2020 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1 Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.     Decree No. (17) of 2017 Forming the Board of Trustees of the UAE Food Bank Foundation Page 2 of 2 7. a representative from Majid Al Futtaim Group-Carrefour, as member; 8. a representative from Jumeirah Group, as member; and 9. the Executive Director of the FBF, as member. The membership of the Board of Trustees will be for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. The representatives of the entities mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article will be nominated by the officials in charge of these entities. c. Where the FBF Board of Trustees is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.     Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 15 April 2017 Corresponding to 18 Rajab 1438 A.H.
