    المادة ( 1 ) يُعار القاضي / أبو النصر محمد علي عثمان، من محاكم دبي إلى دائرة الرقابة المالية، لمدة سنة واحدة تُجدّد تلقائياً، على أن تتحمل الجهة المُعار إليها راتبه وكافة مستحقاته الوظيفية طوال فترة اإلعارة. السريان والنشر
