    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) ة التفتيش القضائي كُل ٌ من:يُعيّن مُفتشا ً قضائيا ً بإدار 1 - السيد/ عبدهللا حامد عبدهللا هلوله. 2 - السيد/ جمال علي توفيق سرحان. 3 - السيد/ حازم عبدالشافي أبوبكر محمد. 4 - السيد/ مصطفى حسن محمد خاطر. ويُمنح كُل ٌ منهم بداية مربوط الفئة (ب)، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول رواتب ومخصصات المفتشين القضائيين غير المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 5 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما.
