    المادة ( 1 ) ٌ يُعيّن قاضيا ً في محكمة التمييز كُل من: 1 - اهيم.اهيم محمد إبرالسيد/ سامح إبر 2 - اهيم محمد حسن.الدكتور/ محسن إبر ويُمنح كُل ٌ منهما الرواتب الشهرية والمخصصات المالية لبداية مربوط قاضي تمييز، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 ، وجدول رواتب ومخصصات القضاة غير المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما.

    المادة ( 2 ) ا ً منيُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبار 28 ديسمبر 2015 ، ويُنشر ف ي الجريدة الرسمية. اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 7 مــــــــــــــارس 2016 م الموافـــــــــــــــــــــق 27 جمادى األولى 1437 هـ

    المادة ( 2 ) يُعيّن قاضيا ً في محكمة االستئناف كُل ٌ من: 1 - الدكتور/ عاصم محمد رشاد السيد الصيفي. 2 - السيد/ حاتم أحمد أحمد موسى. 3 - السيد/ وليد أحمد نصر الجندي. 4 - اضي عبدالرحيم حسن حسن.السيد/ عبدالر ويُمنح كُل ٌ منهم الرواتب الشهرية والمخصصات المالية لبداية مربوط قاضي استئناف، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 ، وجدول رواتب ومخصصات القضاة غير المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما. التعيين في المحكمة االبتدائية

    المادة ( 3 ) يُعيّن قاضيا ً في المحكمة االبتدائية كُل ٌ من: 1 - السيد/ أحمد عبدالقادر محمد أبوالنيل. 2 - ان.السيد/ هشام مصطفى علي بدر 3 - السيد/ محمد محمود محمد سلطان. 4 - السيد/ حسام الدين محمد حسن نعيم. 5 - السيد/ اكثم عبدالوارث عبدالحليم عبدهللا. ويُمنح كُل ٌ منهم الرواتب الشهرية والمخصصات المالية لبداية مربوط قاضي ابتدائي، وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 ، وجدول رواتب ومخصصات القضاة غير المواطنين المُلحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المُشار إليهما.
