    المادة ( 1 ) أ - يُشكّل مجلس إدار ة المركز، برئاسة مدير عام بلدية دبي ، وعضوية كل من: 1 - يالسيد/ حسيــن سالــم الكـثيــر نائبا ً للرئيس 2 - الدكتور/ ماجد سلطان القاسمـي ًعضوا 3 - اهيم بن كلبانالدكتور/ أحمد إبر ًعضوا 4 - المهندس/ علــي عبـدهللا الحــاج ًعضوا 5 - المهندس/ ساعد محمد العوضي ًعضوا 6 - السيد/ عبــدهللا مــحـمــد العــور ًعضوا 7 - جالسيد/ عـتيـــق جـمعـــة فـــر ًعضوا 8 - المدير التنفيذي للمركز ًعضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد.
