Article (1) A permanent committee named the “Dubai Nuclear Energy Committee” (the “DNEC”) is hereby formed in the Emirate of Dubai. The DNEC will be affiliated to the Supreme Council of Energy; and will be comprised of a chairman, a vice chairman, and a number of experienced and specialised members, appointed pursuant to a resolution of the Ruler for a renewable term of three (3) years. Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
