Article 1
Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the DFSF is hereby formed as follows: 1. Mr. Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh, as chairman; 2. Mr. Majid Saif Al Ghurair, as vice chairman; 3. Dr. Riad Mohammad Belhoul, as member; 4. Mr. Arif Abdul Rahman Ahli, as member; and 5. Mr. Hamdan Khalifa Al Shaer, as member. The membership of the Board of Directors will be for a renewable term of three (3) years. b. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members. ©2016 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation.
