Article 1
Article (1) a. The Board of Directors of the Dubai Smart City Office is hereby formed as follows: 1. Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, as chairman; 2. Mr. Ahmed Mohammed bin Humaidan, as vice chairman; 3. Mr. Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, as member; 4. Mr. Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, as member; 5. Mr. Yousuf Hamad Al Shaibani, as member; 6. Dr. Aisha Butti bin Bishr, as member; 7. Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Zafeen, as member; 8. Mr. Abdulla Ali Al Madani, as member; and 9. Mr. Mansoor Juma Bu Osaiba, as member. Where the Board of Directors is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.
