المادة ( 1 ) يُرقـى القاضــيم محمــود فتمــي تمــام ســل ان ــوة درجـة قاضــي تمييـ ، وفقــا ويُمــنب بدايـة مر للقــــــانون رقـــــــم ( 10 ) لســـــــنة 2009 وجــــــدوت درجـــــــات ورواتـــــــب ومخصصــــــات القضـــــــاة غيـــــــر المواطنين الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليهما.
