    Article 1

    Article (1) a. Pursuant to this Decree, the following Nature Reserves are established in the Emirate of Dubai: 1. Hatta Mountain Reserve; 2. Al Wuhush Desert Reserve; 3. Al Marmoum Desert Reserve; 4. Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (Al Maha); 5. Jabal Nazwa Reserve; and 6. Al Ghaf Reserve of Nazwa. b. The geographical locations, areas, and boundaries of the Nature Reserves referred to in paragraph (a) of this Article are determined in the maps attached to this Decree.     Article 2

    Article (2) The Nature Reserves referred to in Article (1) of this Decree will be managed by: 1. Dubai Municipality through its bodies; and © 2014 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article (3) The above-mentioned Law No. (11) of 2003 will apply to the Nature Reserves established pursuant to this Decree. Implementing Resolutions

    Article (4) The Director General of Dubai Municipality will issue the resolutions required for the implementation of this Decree. Publication and Commencement
