    المادة ( 1 ) يُعين كل من السيدين: 1 - طارق أحمد عبدالعظيم جمعه. 2 - أحمد محمد علي محمد عامر. ُ قاضيين في محكمة التمييز، وي منح كل منهما بداية مربوط درجة قاضي تمييز، وفقا للقانون رقم ( 10 لسنة ) 2009 المواطنين القضاة غير وجدول رواتب ومخصصات الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليهما.
