    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة مؤسسة مدينة ميدان من السادة التالية أسماؤهم:يُشكّل مجلس إدار 1 - سعيد بن حميد مطر الطاير رئيسا 2 - مليح الحج البسطي نائبا للرئيس 3 - محمد أحمد بن عبدالعزيز الشحي عضوا 4 - ممثل عن نادي دبي للفروسية عضوا 5 - ممثل عن نادي دبي لسباق الخيل عضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتجديد. ب - ة (أ) مـن هـذم المـادة ولــمة المــذكورين فـي الفقـرإذا انتهـت مـدة عضـوية أعضـاء مجلـس ا دار ة فــييســتمر فـي هــذم الحالـة أعضــاء مجلـس ا دار يـتم تعيــين أعضـاء جــدد بـدال عــنهم، فإنـ أداء مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضاء جدد.

    المادة ( 2 ) يتم تسمية ممثلي الجهات المشار إليها في المادة ( 1 ) من هذا المرسوم من قبل مسؤولي تلك الجهات.
