    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) يُعيّن كل ٌّ من السيدين: 1 - صالح الدين عبدالرحيم أحمد الجبالي. 2 - محمد محمد المرسى حسين. قاضي ين في محكمة التمييز، ويُمنح ٌّكُل منهما بداية مربوط درجة قاضي تمييز، وفقا ً للقانون ( رقم 10 لسنة ) 2009 المواطنين القضاة غير درجات ورواتب ومخصصات وجدول الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليهما.

    حكومة دبي - الجريدة الرسمية 2 العدد ( 366 ) – السنة ( 47 ) – 15 ربيع الثاني 1434 هـ - افقالمو 28 ف ايربر 2013 م 5 - ان محمود عبد المجيد محمد.عمر 6 - شريف حسن عبد الحميد سالم. قضاة ً في محكمة االستئناف، ويُمنح ٌّكُل ًمنهم بداية مربوط درجة قاضي استئناف، وفقا للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة غير المواطنين الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 2 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليهما.
