    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The land plot No. (616-4745) located in Nad Al Sheba 3, whose boundaries and area are demarcated on the maps attached to this Decree, shall be amalgamated into Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone. b. The legislation in force in Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone shall apply to the land plot specified in Paragraph (a) of this Article, and all measures and procedures taken by Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority in such plot before this Decree came into force shall be deemed valid.

    Article (3) This Decree shall come into force on the day on which it is issued and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
