    المادة ( 1 ) أ - ة معهد دبي القضائي، من السادة التالية أسماؤهم:يُشكّل مجلس إدار 1 - عصام عيسى الحميدان رئيسا 2 - د. أحمد سعيد سالم بن هزيم عضوا 3 - أحمد محمد بن حميدان عضوا 4 - د. لؤي محمد خلفان بالهول عضوا 5 - د. جمال حسين أحمد السميطي عضوا 6 - يد. أحمد عيد المنصور عضوا 7 - عبدالمنعم سالم بن سويدان عضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات قابلة للتمديد. ب - إذا انتهـت مـدة المــادة ة (أ) مـن هـذة المــذكورين فـي الفقـرعضـوية أعضـام مجلـس اردار ة فــيالحالــة أعضـام مجلـس اردار يســتمر فـي هـذ ولـم يـتم إعـادة تشــكيل المجلـس، فتنـ أدام مهامهم لحين إعادة تعيينهم أو تعيين أعضام جدد بدال عنهم.
