    المادة ( 1 ) يُعيّن الدكتور/ تاج السر محمد حامد ة التفتيش القضائيمفتشا ً قضائيا ً بإدار ، ًاتباويُمنح ر شهريا ً يعادل بداية مربوط الفئة (ب) من جدول رواتب ومخصصات المفتشين القضائيين غير المواطنين الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 5 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليها.
