    Article 1

    Article (1) a. The value of fines imposed on economic establishments in the Emirate of Dubai will be reduced according to the percentages and periods set out in the attached Schedule. b. The reduction of fines pursuant to paragraph (a) of this Article will apply only to violations recorded prior to the effective date of this Decree.

    Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
