    المادة ( 1 ) يشكل مجلس أمناء الجامعة البريطانية في دبي من السادة التالية أسماؤهم: 1 - الشيخ أحمد بن سعيد آل مكتوم رئيسا 2 - مدير الجامعة نائبا للرئيس 3 - ا الصايغحسين حسن ميرز عضوا 4 - د. أحمد سعيد بن هزيم عضوا 5 - يد. عبد هللا محمد أمير عضوا 6 - د. أيوب محمد كاظم عضوا 7 - جنيفر ريتشل بيبنجز عضوا 8 - دوغالس روبرت داوي عضوا 9 - ديفيد بيتر اينس ماي عضوا 10 - ات الشماليةممثل عن المجلس الثقافي البريطاني في دبي واإلمار عضوا 11 - ممثل عن رولز رويس انترناشيونال ليمتد عضوا وذلك لمدة ثالث سنوات تبدأ من تاريخ نفاذ هذا المرسوم.

    المادة ( 2 ) يمارس مجلس األمناء صالحياته المنصوص عليها في الوثيقة التأسيسية والنظام األساسي الملحقين بالقانون رقم ( 5 ) لسنة 2003 المشار إليه.

    المادة ( 3 ) ة المشكل بموجب المرسوم رقم (ة عن مجلس اإلدارات الصادرارتعتبر جميع القر 52 ) لسنة 2005 المشار اليه قبل صدور هذا المرسوم صحيحة.

    المادة ( 4 ) يعمل بهذا المرسوم ها من تاريخ صدوراعتبار ، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية. اشد آل مكتوممحمد بن ر حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 7 مارس 2011 م المـ ـــــــــــــــ وافق 2 ربيع اآلخ ـر 1432 هـ
