Article (1) As of the effective date of this Decree, the Dubai Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all applications, claims, and disputes related to Tamweel PJSC and its subsidiaries or related to any persons involved in the settlement of the financial position of Tamweel PJSC.

Article (2) The Tribunal must refer all the applications and claims referred to in Article (1) of this Decree, that are being heard by it, to the competent Court of First Instance at the Dubai Courts to hear the same in accordance with the applicable rules without charging any additional fees. ©2019 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. Article (3) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 15 August 2011 Corresponding to 15 Ramadan 1432 A.H.
