    Article 1

    المادة ( 1 ) ينقل رئيسا النيابة التالية أسماؤهما: 1 - محمد أحمد اشدر النعيمي . 2 - طارق يعقوب يوسف الخياط . إلى محاكم دبي، ويعي ن كل منهما قاضي ًا في محكمة االستئناف، بدرجة قاضي استئناف، ً وفقا للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطنين الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليهما.

    المادة ( 2 ) ينقل رئيس النيابة المساعد السيد/ أحمد علي أحمد الظنحاني، إلى محاكم دبي، ويعين قاضيا ً في المحكمة االبتدائية، بدرجة قاضي ابتدائي أول وفقا ً للقانون رقم ( 10 ) لسنة 2009 وجدول درجات ورواتب ومخصصات القضاة المواطنين الملحق بالالئحة رقم ( 1 ) لسنة 2009 المشار إليهما.

    Article 3

    المادة ( 3 ) أ اعى عند تسكينير العامة على الدرجات القضائية المنقولين إليها عدم النيابة عضاء اتب أو األقدمية في الدرجة التي كانواالر من حيث المكتسبة سواء المساس بحقوقهم يشغلونها قبل النقل.

    المادة ( 4 ) ا ً منيُعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبار 1 / 9 / 2011 ، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية. اشد آلمحمد بن ر مكتوم حاكم دبي صدر في دبي بتاريخ 15 أغسطس 2011 م الموافـــ ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ ق 15 رمضــان 1432 هـ
