    Article (1) a. The ownership of the following land plots, together with all rights and obligations attached thereto, is hereby transferred to the AMAF: 1. Plot No. (214 - 909), Al Garhoud; 2. Plot No. (247 - 387), Al Qusais Industrial Area Fourth; 3. Plot No. (245 - 232), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 4. Plot No. (245 - 250), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 5. Plot No. (245 - 262), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 6. Plot No. (245 - 269), Al Muhaisnah Fourth; 7. Plot No. (251 - 4697), Mirdif; 8. Plot No. (359 - 958), Al Quoz Fourth; 9. Plot No. (359 - 668), Al Quoz Fourth; and 10.     Decree No. (12) of 2010 Transferring the Ownership of Land to the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation Page 2 of 2 b. The land plots referred to in paragraph (a) of this Article will be registered in the name of the AMAF as Endowments.

    Article 2

    Article (2) The Land Department, the Dubai Municipality, and all other concerned Government entities must take the action required for the implementation of the provisions of this Decree.

    Article (3) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 7 June 2010 Corresponding to 24 Jumada al-Thaniyah 1431 A.H.
