    Article (1) A permanent committee named the “Supreme Fiscal Committee in the Emirate of Dubai” is hereby formed in the Emirate of Dubai under the chairmanship of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and with the membership of: 1. Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director of His Highness the Ruler’s Court, as vice chairman; 2. Mr. Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, Secretary General of the Executive Council, as member; 3. Mr. Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director General of the Department of Finance, as member; and ©2015 The Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai 1Every effort has been made to produce an accurate and complete English version of this legislation. However, for the purpose of its interpretation and application, reference must be made to the original Arabic text. In case of conflict the Arabic text will prevail.

    Article (2) This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette. Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Ruler of Dubai Issued in Dubai on 28 October 2009 Corresponding to 9 Thu al-Qidah 1430 A.H.
